Please note we have no set booking hours and our team may be out and about with the animals on any given day of the week. As a result, it can be very hard to get hold of us on the phone, as we often need to have it on silent, or not on our persons and our office hours are limited.

As a result, email, or this form is the best way to get hold of us- or you can please leave a detailed voicemail, including your location, what the booking is for any any preferred dates.​

When contacting us please include as many details as possible; such as your location, preferred date and the type of booking you are after, such as a fete. This allows us to provide you with a quote much quicker.

 

It usually takes 3-5 working days to hear back from us, especially in busy periods. Ensure you check your junk emails and save our email address in your trusted senders. Please also refer to our FAQ's page as some of your questions may have already been answered :)
